Santa Elisabetta Square
We keep walking in the medieval area of the town and we reach Piazza Sant?Elisabetta .
A little square in which we can see 2 ancient towers.
You can look at the map to make it easier.
Medieval area
Now I?ll take you to the Medieval area of the town.
You just have to cross the square and walk along the narrow street called Via delle Farine.

Signoria Square
We pass through the Signoria square.

Uffizi
Now we walk along the riever, under the Vasarian corridor and reanch on the leften side the courtyard of the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most important mueseum of Florence.
The Old Bridge
Let?s go on through the main street.
Few minutes more and we will reach Ponte Vecchio, the Old Bridge.
In this case we really have the most ancient bridge of the town.
The Old Palace
We go on in direction of the Old Bridge walking through the same street.
In few steps we have an amazing view of Palazzo Vecchio, the Old Palace.
Just walk over the H&M shop and look on the leften side.
You?ll see a big square and the Old Palace.

New market loggia
We get back to the big street and walk a little more in order to reach the Loggia del mercato nuovo, the New Market Loggia.
You easily recognize it because inside the loggia you can see a nice leather market.
Orsanmichele
We keep walking along this big street that was renovated during the XIX century. As you can see many buildings are in a modern style.
But on the leften side you will see something that seems older.
This is called Orsanmichele.
The Republic Square
From Piazza San Giovani we move in direction of Piazza Della Repubblica, the Republic Square.
To do this we have to walk along via Roma.
